We are TWS Training Ltd, trading as Facilitation Alive ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the website www.shanemcgrath.co.uk (the 'Site'), as well as any related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the 'Services').

Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings. Informal negotiations begin upon written notice from one party to the other.
Formal Proceedings
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the courts of England and Wales, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Legal Terms or the Services.

Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the cause of action arising, or £250, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Legal Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
